I love this color, mainly because my favorite color is light blue, the kind of light blue that has more purple in it than green. Essie's website describes it as a sparkling, cornflower blue. The formula is great, I have no problem with streaking. I used two coats in the picture below.
I give this polish an A+ because it's so beautiful!!! It truly catches the eye and I guarantee you will get compliments on it, if you so choose to buy it. It has a beautiful subtle shimmer that you can really only see in person...and if you look at it really hard up close. I love absolutely everything about this polish!
